디지털 모바일 기기를 활용한 감상경험을 통한 포스트 뮤지엄 개념의 소통 연구 -국립현대미술관 모바일애플리케이션 사용 중심으로-

초록

This study attempted to find out the communication relationship between the museum and the visitors by analyzing the visitors' experiences regarding viewing using mobile content and participation in the exhibition environment before viewing the exhibition. Therefore, based on the concept of the post museum, the subjective experiences of visitors were examined, focusing on appreciation using digital mobile devices. As a research method, interviews were conducted on the appreciation and participation experiences of visitors using the application of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, and themes were derived through qualitative data analysis. The research results were discussed centering on three themes: selective informatization of visitors, restructuring through connection, and mechanization according to the flow and arrangement of the museum. Based on this, the use of digital media according to David Joselit's network aesthetics and the meaning of communication through network interactions of art museum-related networks were analyzed. Through this, it was confirmed that contemporary art, which is becoming digitalized and dematerialized, acts as a communication system with visitors by actively utilizing the power and dynamics of images in Internet networks and media beyond the existing art system.
