BIM기반의 초기설계단계 협업 프로세스에 관한 연구

초록

With the rising concerns about saving construction cost and time, collaboration using BIM technology has been widely used in practice. But the architect doesn"t have the ability that is to analysis structural and environmental data. So it is important for architect to cooperate with structure and environmental Engineer. The Purpose of this study is to suggest the methodology about structural and sustainable design process based on cooperation between Architect and Structure Engineer, Environmental Engineer. This study is composed as follows : First we investigate the literature and preceding case study. Second it will be discovered in practice why the cooperation between architect and structure, environmental engineer don"t carry out. In the last stage, we will suggest the moment of cooperation process and the element of cooperation process.
