Releasble suture technique for prevention of incompetent wound closure in transconjunctival vitrectomy

Releasble suture technique showed favorable outcome in prevention of postoperative leakage and hypotony in transconjunctival vitrectomy. It is simple to perform and can be advantageously applied to any gauge vitrectomy.
