문화관광해설사의 공공봉사동기(PSM)가 직무만족과 지속의지에 미치는 영향 연구

초록

This study aimed at examining the influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction and continuance intention of the cultural tourism interpreters. The literature review covered the concepts and previous researches of cultural tourism interpreter, public service motivation, job satisfaction and continuance intention. Following this, a research model and research hypotheses were proposed, and the measuring variables were constructed. The survey method was applied to this study, and analytical methods such as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structure equation model analysis were utilized. The findings of the study revealed that public service motivation has partially significant influence on job satisfaction and continuance intention except self-sacrifice factor, and job satisfaction has partially significant mediated effect on the relationship between public service motivation and continuance intention except self-sacrifice factor. In conclusion, this study expects that the study of public service motivation will contribute to the development of volunteer work management for the government.
