이동건축의 측면에서 컨테이너 건축 활용과 특성에 관한 연구

초록

Mobile architecture can move freely to a place desired and may be used in various places meeting various functions: e.g., to get ready for disasters and to satisfy multi-centric thinking. This study will investigate the uses and characteristics of container architecture in terms of mobile architecture, suggest an alternative as a solution to the needs of various architectural changes of modern society and plan the direction of development. Also, it will analyze spatial characteristics and types and plans for application so as to investigate and study the formats and characteristics of each kind of space and the direction of development. As a result of analysis, it turned out that spatial flexibility, ease of movement and availability of transportation were high in residential space while flexibility and expandability with the transformability and movability of space were high in exhibition space. Spatial flexibility, ease of movement, and suppliability of electricity, water supply and natural energy were high in commercial space. Overall, flexibility, ease, suppliability and transportability were apparent while materiality, naturality and recyclability were low. All elements of mobility were satisfied suiting the characteristics of mobile architecture, but environment-friendly element and the self-sufficiency element of self-energy production and the uses of various spaces were low. Mobile architecture has individuality or collectivity through modularity depending on the situation. Currently, mobile architecture is socially attracting attention with its free mobility and flexibility, but it will be able to develop further with another social change. In addition, it can be a kind of smart architecture: e.g. with it, spaces change and move according to the user’s needs and they use their own energy without any external help. In the future, smart mobile architecture will be necessary, which allows buildings to generate and use energy themselves and get ready for disasters with environment-friendly architectural elements.
