As to the construction business, the number of deceaseds are higher than another type of business. KOSHA gave KOSHA 18,001 an authentication about the construction business since 2001. The disaster rate of KOSHA 18001 permission gateway was lower than the ratio permission gateway. As to the professional builder, 34 enterprises complete an authentication. The professional builder, that is the subject of the construction flood damage, introduces KOSHA 18,001 and the field autonomy safety system has to be established in order to reduce the disaster of the construction business. In this study, the introduction of specialized construction companies KOSHA 18001 shall be calculated as the problem. So the introduction of specialized construction companies to expand their KOSHA 18001 proposes to improve.
