브리핑 스타일에 따른 기내 사고율과 업무성과 사이의 인과관계 분석에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the most effective method among various briefing information delivery methods and to search for ways to maximize work performance by minimizing the irregularity among these briefing information delivery methods. In addition, we examined how the tone of the briefing organizer and the mood of the briefing site play a role in terms of the effect of information transfer and how it affects team performance and work stress. Based on a literature review, a conceptual model was proposed. In order to test the proposed conceptual model, data was collected. The survey was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019 with airline crews currently serving major national airlines. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed. A total of 248 valid questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS Statistics Amos 21.0 program, excluding two invalid questionnaires. Through this study, briefings through questions-answers or presentations have been shown to significantly lower the irregularity and confirmed that the tone of organizers hosting briefings has moderating effects. In addition, the irregularity has a negative effect on work stress and team performance. This study suggests that it is necessary to recognize the importance of briefing styles on work efficiency, suggesting specific manuals be made for effective briefing.
