도시재생사업 실행과정의 이슈 도출 및 개선방향- 중심시가지형 사업대상지를 중심으로 -

초록

The purpose of this study is to derive issues of legal policy in implementing urban regeneration projects and its improvement process focusing on project regions in central district type on local small and medium sized cities. In this study, it is organized the filed of issues and set the framework of the analysis participated in officers of urban regeneration divisions in charge of 4 cities and district cities, Through FGI, we have derived 4 comprehensive issues on urban regeneration in central district type and 10 major issues considering the urgency of the central cities. As a result of comprehensive analysis, firstly, it is necessary to take measures for easing the examination and exemption guidelines on investment and financing, enacting the condition of easing the Parking Lot Act, and excluding urban regeneration projects from rapid enforcement in the policy system sector. Secondly, it is necessary to exempt and expand reduction of the fee for use of facilities included in advance execution of operating expenses and the revitalization plan in the preliminary notification guide sector.
