Developing an Integrated Conceptual Model For Employee Engagement

Based on these studies, employee engagement considered as one of the most influential factors for organization's competitiveness. However, employee engagement concept is still confused between theoretical foundation and practical foundation. This study purpose is to develop integrated conceptual model for employee engagement through comprehensive literature review. As the research results, we referred four major dimensions of employee engagement: person engagement (PE).work engagement (WE), organization engagement (OE), and relation engagement (RE) as the multidimensional perspective.
