분당 신도시 단독주택지 가로위계별 전면공간이용특성 실증분석

초록

This paper aims to provide analytical understanding on street environment in detachedhousing area within new town in order to improve present street condition intopedestrian-friendly streetscape. During the present research, the mutual relationship amongthree factors - street structure, building uses and use of the front space of buildings - wasanalyzed. As a result, it was found that ground floor usage & front space usage> street levels& ground floor usage> street levels & front space usage had high correlation, respectively. Inorder to explain the influence of other various conditions regarding road adjacency, lotslocated at corners, lots outside residential districts, neighborhood commercial lot, andadjacency to pedestrian walks were chosen as variables as well. In addition, landscapearchitecture of front space and illegal road usage conditions were also brought in as comfortfactor variables to explain relations with front space usage.
