Thermal Characteristics of Macro Composite Fiber-Integrated Deck Slab

초록

Purpose of this study is to evaluate the fire resistance performance of the deck slab and thermal characteristics of the macro fiber made of polypropylene. Deck plate, which is currently used as a representative floor system for steel structure construction, is vulnerable to high temperatures. Therefore, it is used by making it a fireproof structure according to domestic building codes. In addition, concrete members may burst into fire in case of fire. Therefore, research is being actively conducted in which fibers are mixed in concrete to prevent explosion and reduce internal temperature. Therefore, in this study, the thermal characteristics of the deck slab and the thermal characteristics of the macro fiber were confirmed. The fire resistance test was carried out for 120 minutes, and 9 tons were loaded on top of the slab. As a result of the fire resistance test, it was confirmed that there was no breakage of the deck slab without fire-resistant coating, and the internal temperature of the concrete was reduced due to the mixing of macro fibers.
