지역 간 고령자 이동의 특성분석에 관한 연구

초록

The paper is to improve the understanding of elderly migration and to propose the direction of regional policy in an aging society. Migration across regions takes place due to the difference in the regional utility level between regions. The regional utility of elderly is measured by the utility factors which consists of four factors including medical environment, welfare environment,living environment and economic environment. The important result obtained from the analysis is that medical facilities and employment are the most crucial factors in elderly migration. The paper estimates the effects of The 1st National Plan for an aging society and analyzes the outcomes of this plan. Finally, the paper directs an effective policy for regional development in an aging society.
