초록

With the increasing height of domestic buildings comes the increase in the number of steel structures used. In the past, steel structure floor members had reinforcing bars put on them using a steel deck and concrete pour. Steel decks were therefore used only for concrete formwork. Recently, deck plates have been used as a structural tensile material in addition to the formwork of concrete, and have been used as a composite floor structure in which concrete and deck plates are integrated. However, since a deck slab is exposed to the outside, it is vulnerable to high temperatures during a fire. In this study, fire resistance performance tests were conducted by mixing polypropylene-based macro-synthetic fibers to prevent explosion of the deck slab. The longer a fiber is, the more likely it is to explode, so the length of the fiber was set at 54 mm. To prevent the flexing of slabs, fire resistance performance tests were conducted with the height of the deck plate ribs set at 78 mm. A fire resistance test was carried out in accordance with KS standards. The load was 90 kN (34.7 %) of the deck slab flexural strength based on a warehouse building. Experiments revealed that Deck-0 experiments showed 16.7 mm less flex compared with Deck-2.4 experiments, and that the temperature inside the slab was 88.6 °C lower compared with Deck-2.4 experiments. If macro-synthetic fibers are mixed, the flexural of the slab increases, but it is believed to have the effect of lowering the internal temperature.
