BIM DATA 표준화를 위한 결정요인에 관한 연구

초록

When 2D CAD was introduced, standardization methods for drawings was not prepared so each constructor provided the drawings by different standard therefore there was confusion of information due to different drawing information. Recently demand of BIM is expected to increase, Therefore, the standardization for compiling BIM data is required not to repeat the problem occurred in the introduction of 2D CAD. This study is examined to analyze BIM data generated in each design stage and to investigate the type and characteristics of determinants for data standardization of BIM-based construction project through the case study of Yongin Citizen Sport Park which is BIM-based turn-key project
