A Study on the Assessment Method of BIM-based Architectural Design for Approaching Sustainable Architecture - Focused on G-SEED in Korea -

초록

It has been gaining attention on sustainable construction as the construction industry includes many negative influential factors on the ecological environment and human health. Sustainable construction proposes the direction which the construction industry should go for in order to achieve the goal of 'sustainable' and the building certification system can be referred to for the related information and the criteria. Most nations possess a green building certification system by nations reflecting their own standards. LEED of US, CASBEE of Japan and G-SEED of Korea are currently being enforced. However, the integrated reflection to realize the sustainability is not easy, as the users are approaching the documented details in a checklist format in terms of the evaluation environment. Therefore it is necessary to develop a new user interface to compose such an environment into a system. For this, the research is to propose an evaluation environment to support an approaching method of sustainable buildings those enable to utilize the BIM based G-SEED. This enables a broad approach considering the user's situation and to be a guideline of sustainable buildings improved in the aspect of being able to analyze and manage the data.
