청년 구직자들의 직업목표 및 취업준비계획에 따른 잠재프로파일(LPA) 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the latent profile of the young job seeker based on their level of career goal and employment plan using latent profile analysis. This study utilized the 2019 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(2018 GOMS) collected by the Korea Employment Information Service. The results show that there are 6 latent profiles: Moderate career goal-Low employment plan, Low career goal-Low employment plan, Moderate career goal-High employment plan, Low career goal-Moderate employment plan, High career goal-Moderate employment plan, and High career goal-High employment plan. To examine the effect of demographic characteristics on the probability of profile membership, multinomial logistic regression analysis was used and gender and major were significant. The group differences in the outcome variables (i.e., job satisfaction, work satisfaction, education level match, job skill match, and degree of usefulness of major knowledge) were investigated and there were significant differences. Based on the findings, implications, limitations, directions for future study were discussed.
