초록

Manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain structure are divided into buyers that manufacture finished products by receiving raw materials or parts from suppliers, and suppliers that supply raw materials or parts to finished goods enterprises. These manufacturers will accept and respond to environmental changes differently depending on whether they are buyers or suppliers. This study compared changes in the social capital impact of buyers and suppliers on solidarity with uncertain environments. A total of 200 target companies were surveyed, 100 from each type of manufacturer. SPSS was utilized for analysis, and multiple and moderated regression analyses were conducted as a hypothesis test. Among the effects of social capital on emotional solidarity, suppliers were rejected in structural capital; buyers were rejected in the relationship capital as a result of the impact of social capital on economic solidarity, showing differences among groups. Also, Suppliers are found to be less affected by the environment than buyers. The results of this study reveal that even in the same manufacturing industry, buyers and suppliers have different social capital and environmental acceptance depending on their role and location.
