통상임금의 실태와 본질에 관한 검토

초록

The Supreme Court made critical decision to resolve a regal issues on ordinary wagedispute on 18 Dec 2013. But conflicts between labor and management about ordinary wagecontinue in 2014 collective bargaining. This article approached in three points to review ordinarywage dispute. this is wage practices, various theory of analysis and essence about ordinary wage,complexity of cause and disputes. By government data about surveying wages situation of allindustry, we can confirm that base pay in total wage is a low rate, a component ratio ofallowances and bonuses in wage is high relatively. We must reflect this situation of wagepractices in interpreting ordinary wage problems for protection of workers.
