In this paper, we investigate the general solution of the following functional equation $f (x + 3 y) + f (x - 3 y) = 9 (f (x + y) + f (x - y)) + 12 f (y) - 12 f (2 y) + 4 f (3 y) - 16 f (x)$ and discuss its Hyers-Ulam stability in quasi-Banach spaces.
