국내외 BIM 가이드라인 사례분석을 통한 LOD(세밀도)기준에 관한 연구

초록
Adoption of BIM in AEC industry faces a lot of confusion. For the move to BIM-based design approach based on 3D model,the form of representation is required. LOD(Level of Detail) is the standard on representation level of model, which can beapplied to the BIM-based design. This is a new concept that corresponds to the drawing scale that is the representation levelin 2D based design. Therefore, we investigate and analyze based on research, guidelines and case abroad. We also investigatestandard and recommendation about representation level of model in domestic BIM guidelines, compare LOD standard of foreignand elicit limitations and propose direction of improvement.
