고령친화 헬스케어센터에 관한 사례조사

The elderly population will gradually increase due to the recent development of medical technology and the low birth rate, and our society is already entering an aging society. The purpose of this study is to understand the concept of an age-friendly healthcare center according to the aging era, and to analyze the characteristics of the space by conducting a field survey of the domestic age-friendly healthcare center and to help research specialized health care spaces for seniors in the future. Based on the literature review, the elderly-friendly health care center was divided into ‘body management space’ and ‘intensive management space’. The field investigation of research cases is a professional health care center for the seniors over 65 in Korea, and visited a total of three case sites operated in conjunction with hospitals. According to the results, the three cases have different designs for each space because the programs in operation are different. In addition, it can be seen that the focus is on walking to prevent and manage physical diseases of the senior. In the elderly-friendly health care center, as seniors have many serious diseases, it is necessary to provide programs tailored to the individual according to the characteristics of their physical and cognitive abilities and to organize the space.
