관광가이드 해설시나리오의 엔터테인먼트 효과 고찰 - ‘빨간바지투어’ 가이드 사례를 중심으로-

초록

The purpose of this study is to discuss the effective scenario strategy of the ‘Red Pants Tour’, which combines elements of a new type of performing arts, play events, and entertainment beyond the traditional tour guide’s activity method. Most of the tourists expressing satisfaction with a positive attitude in the review comments on the ‘RED PANTS Tour.’ This means that the ‘RED PANTS Tour’ satisfies tourists’ needs for cultural entertainment through various entertainment elements and events. These various events not only provide fun to tourists, but can also increase immersion and expand satisfaction with tourist destinations. The consumption characteristics of ‘RED PANTS Tour’ tourists are, first, oriented toward individuality, activeness, and diversity. Second, ‘Red Pants Tour’ tourists place consumption value on the enjoyment and fun of life through the tour. Third, ‘Red Pants Tour’ tourists perceive the tour guide itself as a performance culture product through various entertainment elements. In other words, the secret that the ‘RED PANTS Tour’ guide can captivate tourists is that mutual sympathy is achieved by changing the guide process itself to the same atmosphere as the performance site or by harmonizing intimacy with tourists. The implication of this study is that it analyzes the way tour guides’ popular fun and interactive communication methods have a positive effect on tourists. On the other hand, the limitation of this study is that it is limited to the ‘Red Pants Tour’ and discusses a new type of tour guide.
