청년층 중심의 1인 가구 쉐어형 주택 UX 디자인 연구

초록

Today, with the rapid increase of population, the consumption trend and cultural form of our society have changed, which have a great impact on the elements of the whole society. In order to cope with the spread of one-person family, the independent space and community life with one-person family as the theme can enjoy the new living culture with two different lifestyles. Share valuable space and connect with others. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact on the living satisfaction of a person"s home, to envision UX, and to propose solutions to improve the deficiencies by investigating user experience. First, information on single households was obtained from the Literature and Statistics Office. Secondly, the concept is investigated from the perspective of User Experience. In the share residential space, the daily behavior of the youth floor is taken as the center for observation and investigation. Therefore, the residential space will discover the problem and launch insight. Thirdly, in order to improve the experiential environment of share residence, it puts forward guidelines to the dissatisfied space. The research results found problems through interview, which can be roughly divided into two categories: one is the space design problems including the aging of facilities, the other is the living habits of residents. There is a need to take advantage of a variety of user experiences in share house. In addition, the improvement plan of user-centered sharing housing will become the basic information, as the innovation is proposed according to the inconvenience factors and the specific improvement plan of insight is obtained.
