키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 기업교육의 에듀테크 연구동향 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to provide the basis data for the introduction and application of EduTech to corporate HR Manager by exploring the trend of EduTech research in corporate education. For this purpose, the network analysis using R program was conducted based on 264 academic papers collected based on related keywords such as enterprise, education, learning, and edutech. As a result, first of all, as e-learning was utilized in earnest in the early 2000s, it was confirmed that the development of smart learning and edutech was also developed according to the development of technology. In addition to education and business administration, research using EduTech in various fields such as design and complex studies has been expanded. Second, in the application of EduTech, the keywords for 'e-learning' and 'satisfaction' were 'learning transfer', and the top keywords increased by time. The education that utilizes new technology in corporate education is changing from the satisfaction of function to the interest in the transfer of learned knowledge. Third, as the result of analyzing keyword network of EduTech education by period, new technology keywords such as artificial intelligence, big data, augmented reality, and virtual reality appeared in corporate education as the 4th industrial revolution technology developed. It can be said that the development of technology is highly related to the direction of corporate education. This study provided information on trends in EduTech research in the field of corporate education, and discussed implications for the introduction of EduTech and the use of education in companies in the field of corporate education.
