초록

This research is empirically analyzed on the career orientation of the GRIs of researcher and R&D managing staff. Specifically, the difference between career orientation according to the characteristic variable parameters of population statistics and variable parameters of HRD for researcher and research managing staff were considered. And, career orientation differences according to individual attitude and perception of research outcome variables were also reviewed. The analysis of 574 researchers and research managing staffs in GRIs showed that they preferred a variety of career paths. Especially, we found that researcher had higher preferences for this. In addition, the career orientation of researcher and managing staff were different depending on occupation, education, job experience, performance moving experience and so on, an thus could see that organizational commitment are varied depending on career orientation. Finally, according to the results of this study suggest implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
