고용허가제에 따른 외국인근로자의 재해발생 저감방안에 관한 연구

초록

Foreign workers are due to the lack of communication and the problem of safety training caused a disaster to trendsare emerging as a serious problem. In this study, targeted at the domestic foreign worker employment system of the study, the configuration status and employment eligibility of foreigners residing in Construction Industry Employment Permit System was investigated. Based on this, foreign workers Occupational Injuries data research and analysis for disaster factors derived and safety management solve the problems of the domestic construction in the field of foreign workers effective employment and domestic construction site improvement plan of establishing the foundation intends to provide data.
