공공임대주택지구의 공급유형별 입주거리에 관한 연구: 보금자리주택지구를 중심으로

Recently, the government announced a plan to supply more than 300 thousands housing units through the designation of new cities and the securing of public housing as a plan to expand housing supply to stabilize the housing market in the metropolitan area. However, if the precise demand analysis is not accompanied by the selection of public housing sites, the sale of housing may fall short, and may cause a bigger problem in the housing market unlike the original intention of the government. In this study, case studies were conducted for four zones of public housing sites, and the type of public rental housing supplied to those districts was classified and analyzed based on the transfer distance among the tenant characteristics of the public rental housing. In addition, by comparing the transfer distance with the population migration statistics, characteristics of the transfer distance which vary by supply type are analyzed. It is believed that the analysis of differences in transfer distances by supply type could present a basic direction for research by improving the methodology of estimating the demand for public housing more precisely than the demand analysis method of establishing demand zones based on population migration statistics.
