타블렛 형태 급결제가 콘크리트의 응결시간 및 조기강도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

When concrete is worked at cold weather, the methods of using hot air, heating of water and aggregates, accelerators are used to prevent early frost and improve early strength. But these methods raise problems that are the difficulty of using, pecuniary and energy losses. Especially, Methods of accelerators are economical. On the other hand, accelerators are reacted rapidly and difficult to obtain workability in the initial hydration. Therefore, the tablet which was used by pharmacy of accelerators was compared to accelerator whether tablet controlled reaction time in this study. Base on these results, physical and mechanical properties of concrete were tested and were confirmed the possibility of restriction of the initial reaction and the reaction time until completion. As results, when both accelerators and tablet were used more and more, setting-time was decreased. Physical properties of concrete were suitable at tablet 0.5% and 1.0%. Also accelerator 0.5%, tablet 0.5% and 1.0% were showed good early strength.
