As energy used in building increase, most countries are implementing the green building certification system with the interestin green building getting higher. Korea has currently implemented the green building certification system GBCC. However,GBCC has problems with manual, subjective, data omission due to the evaluation method in which the self-evaluation is firstmade in document and then field visit evaluation is performed. By proposing a BIM-based template, the study attempts toprovide more objective, accurate for the green building certification system evaluation(GBCC).
