유비쿼터스 서비스가 접목된 홈 오피스 공간계획에 관한 연구

초록

The supply of internet and rapid development of digital technology advanced the society into the era of informatization, and accordingly a workspace broke away from a existing formalized office space and alternate offices such as home offices began to develop. Therefore, in this study, an ubiquitous service that can enhance practical work efficiency is studied to plan a space grafted to home office. Before the study, first the existing reports related to home office and ubiquitous are examined to grasp the current research status. And through online/offline documentation research, the change of office space and a concept of home office that came about accordingly are considered. Next, the concept of ubiquitous service is examined, and through site survey, domestic mobile office cases are investigated to find out about ubiquitous service applied to each case, and a suitability as an alternative office is assessed according to New Office Design Keywords. New Office Design Keywords are six categories, Mobility, Flexibility, Technology, Refresh, Communication and Amenity, and the subjects are limited to 5 IT office spaces in domestic capital area which are executing mobile offices. Then, a space plan where home office applying ubiquitous service is proposed, and the development direction of home office in future is discussed. As a result, it was found that ubiquitous home office space should be based on technological support and a remote communication means between employees is in demand. Also, as this space uses part of a residence, the role as a common space must be considered, and connectivity with home network of other spaces was demanded. According to future technology development and popularization of home office space, continued study of a more advanced plan is thought to be necessary.
