아토그라피를 적용한 초등 교사의 반편견 다문화미술교육에 관한 연구

초록
In the future, it will be necessary to provide educational experiences that will enable students to face diversity without having a biased tendency to live as a member of society in a complex multi-dimensional society. In this study, a researcher who is an elementary school teacher developed a multicultural art program for the prevention of racial prejudice in 7 lessons of 30 students in class. Based on the analysis of class outcomes, applying art-based research, Semi-prejudice three subjects from the results of the multicultural art class were produced and analyzed through three perspectives based on the aspect of prejudice, reflection on teaching methods and acceptance of multiculturalism. In the aspect of 'self-study', a/r/tography extended the scope of reflection to look at the meaning in detail and overall by visually expanding the parts that were bound or folded in the verbal text. In terms of 'art-based research', the significance of a/r/tography is that the reflection of teachers is realized as an artistic act so that they can immerse more deeply in reflection and find the extended and fluid meaning of art alone. In addition, the metaphorical and metonymical functions of visual images helped teachers understand various phenomena more colorfully. In terms of 'multicultural education', the implication of the application of a/r/tography is that the immersion through the artistic work has strengthened the teachers' problem awareness and multicultural check on anti-biased multicultural lessons. It was once again an opportunity to confirm the importance of teachers' consciousness and attitude.
