관광정체성은 영유아 동반자의 관광참여에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가? - 자녀 연령에 따른 제약인식 차이를 중심으로 -

초록

Does accompanying young children hinder parents’ participation in travel? Then, how does the tourism identity of parents affect overcoming this? The purpose of this study is to identify the tourism constraints of parents formed by the characteristics of young children when traveling with them and to confirm the effect of parents’ tourism identity on overcoming and participating in tourism with young children. Accompanying young children can also be classified as the disabilities in tourism, and it is necessary to study the constraints negotiation process reflecting their characteristics. Since various travel constraints disturb tourism participation, tourists overcome the constraints and participate in tourism through the constraints negotiation process. Based on previous studies that confirmed the major impact of leisure identity in the leisure constraint negotiation process, the importance of tourism identity as a new variable and the need for research were raised. Accordingly, this study seeks to understand the intention to participate in tourism formed by the influence of tourism identity on the process of negotiating tourism constraints. The results of this study have major academic implications in that they expanded the theoretical model of the research on tourism constraints by verifying the relationship of influence of tourism identity in the process of negotiating constraints. In addition, we identified tourism constraints and constraints negotiating factors that were formed by reflecting the characteristics of companions with young children, such as the age of children.
