IT 인력에 대한 산업체의 교육 실태 및 요구 분석

초록

Information technology(IT) gains more importance in enhancing the productivity of the industry and in improving the quality of people's life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the status and the needs of education for IT human resources. The survey data from 172 corporations were analyzed. The conclusions were as follows: 1) Bachelor's degree is necessary for working in the IT field; 2) IT human resource education system should be established considering the individual characteristics of the corporations; 3) e-Learning method should be more applied for IT education; 4) The content of IT education programs should be based on the current and future importance of each IT area; 5) IT-related education should be intensified more; and 6) An appropriate role model of IT education between public and private sector should be assigned. Based on the result and the conclusion of the study, the recommendations were proposed for the applications of the study results and future researches.
