핵심 문헌의 체계적 분석을 통한 통합적 앙트러프러너십 교육 모델 제안

초록

Despite its importance and academic maturity, entrepreneurship research remains fragmented, leading to considerable confusion in educational settings. To address this issue, this study systematically analyzes 62 seminal papers that form the intellectual foundation of the field, with the aim of proposing an integrated educational model for entrepreneurship. Thematic analysis reveals that entrepreneurship is a complex phenomenon in which four multi-layered domains are organically connected: 1) ‘Conceptual and Theoretical Foundations,’ which addresses the field’s identity and macro-theories; 2) ‘The Individual,’ including the founder’s cognition, emotion, and resilience; 3) ‘The Organization,’ which encompasses strategy, teams, and innovation; and 4) ‘Execution and Resource Environment,’ dealing with resource mobilization and interaction with the environment. Based on this analysis, this study proposes the ‘CORE’ integrated educational framework, which connects these four domains to ‘Conceptual foundations,’ ‘Ownership & Mindset,’ ‘Resource & Strategy,’ and ‘Ecosystem engagement,’ respectively. This study holds academic and practical significance as it systematically restructures the core intellectual assets of the entrepreneurship field, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for the future systematic accumulation of knowledge. Furthermore, it presents a concrete blueprint for an educational model capable of cultivating learners’ integrative thinking skills, moving beyond the limitations of existing fragmented approaches.
