상업용 건물 매매가격 추정 및 가치평가 - 강남구를 중심으로 -

초록

The purpose of this study is out of the existing research on residential real estate, and to predict and value the transaction price of commercial real estate through machine learning. For the purpose of forecasting the data, commercial real estate sales price data and building information data by purpose are collected and organized. The dependent and independent variables were divided and the commercial building sales price was predicted using the simple regression tree among the machine learning techniques. The predicted results were used to compare the existing prices and the value of the price of a commercial building was evaluated.
