건축물 유지관리 단계에서 요구되는 BIM 기반 정보관리에 관한 연구

초록

They have been building increasingly larger and more sophistication. Therefore, the buildings should be managed more systematically. Life cycle in order to do that, considering the architecture of the building maintenance management techniques is needed. However, the current situation, the maintenance of the system architecture is highly marginal. Because the building management system is introduced since it was built. Therefore, this study identified the status of the maintenance of information systems and information required to derive them, and even information management to improve the efficiency of BIM-based information management plan is to present.
