서울시 노인종합복지시설의 서비스 부문별 공간 스마트화에 관한 연구

초록

Nowadays, our society shows over a million elderly populations. The necessity of new conceptual infrastructure rebuilding is becoming the main issue of society according to active senior welfare request. While the study on smart spaces based on older people residential areas and IT technology is in progress actively, the study on smart spaces of combining these two aspects leaves much to be desired. So the study aims to “changing to smart” of older people spaces based on IT technology. In order to accomplish this study, we analyzed older people specialties, theoretical consideration and cases of Seoul welfare facilities of the aged and developed service programs of welfare center for senior citizens based on former analysis results. Following to these results, we studied space composition, analyzed smart technologies which are needed to the aged by space sand applied to spaces. After studying on 6 placed of welfare facilities of the aged in Seoul, these senior people’s welfare facilities are divided into 4 types in a large scope; Consulting guidance, medical rehabilitation, social education and welfare benefits parts. In consulting guidance, consulting contents are automatically saved and comfortable consulting atmosphere is offered with emotional lighting control by maintaining an optimal indoor temperature. Medical rehabilitation part is offered healthcare system and bio shirt and patch-system, smear running machine are also offered in fitness center. In social education part, a variety of elements such as digital library, smart virtual reality, digital canvas and media table are planned. The welfare benefits system is offered fundamental environment such as media table, digital emotion chair applied smart technology. Nowadays, our society is entering into aging society and our suggestion is needed for building economical and efficient welfare system. So, suggestion of “Smart welfare facilities for the aged design” would contribute to offer model design of “Welfare facilities for the Elderly” which can be used safe and convenient in our society.
