OFDM Signal Timing Offset Compensation Algorithm using M-th Power

초록
In order to demodulate an unknown signal in a non-cooperative context, timing offset, phase offset, and frequencyoffset of the received signal must be compensated. For Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) signals,it is important to compensate timing offset to remove the cyclic prefix. In this paper, we propose an algorithmutilizing the M-th power of the received signals for timing offset compensation in OFDM systems and analyze itsperformance through computer simulations.
