초록
With the recent development of technology, electronic devices are widely spread in our daily life. DRAM is used as the main memory of these devices and becomes a major target for attackers. Memory Encryption is mainly used to defend against such attacks. Due to the high integration and high speed of DRAM, the need for a low-latency, light-weight memory encryption method has increased. To address this, we designed a hardware-based memory encryption engine using AES-CTR. Additionally, spoofing and splicing attacks were prevented by data integrity authentication with the tx3tx3RL hash function.
