K-pop 공연장의 물리적 환경, 지각된 가치, 만족간의 구조적 관계

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyzed the effects relations among the physical environment, perceived value, and satisfaction of K-pop Performance Hall. To that end, theoretical consideration was established on physical environment, perceived value, and satisfaction. An survey was conducted on chinese tourist, who have ever been to the “Incheon K-pop Concert 2012” and total of 244 sample was used for analysis data in the study. The results of analysis of the hypotheses proposed in this study can be summed up as follows: First, The factors consisting the physical environment of K-pop Performance Hall were deduced into five elements ‘convenience’, ‘cleanness’, ‘aesthetic attraction’, ‘electronic equipment and display’, and ‘personal services’. Second, it was found that the physical environment of K-pop Performance Hall affects perceived value and satisfaction both positively, and perceived value also affect satisfaction positively. The results of such study will be helpful in proposing suggestions required for establishment of K-pop Performance Hall improvement plan and performance hall later on.
