객실승무원의 직무 환경 요인이 직장 생활의 질(QWL)과 삶의 질(QL)에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of seven independent factors (team incivility culture, relationship conflict within team, role conflict, ambiguity, overload, schedule flexibility, discipline) on the quality of work life and quality of life. In this study, we surveyed 250 cabin crew members from large Korean airlines and collected 236 reliable questionnaires. After excluding fifteen unreliable responses, a total of 221 valid questionnaires were subjected to the final analysis through the SPSS Statistics 23.0 statistical package program. As a result, the relationship conflict within team had a significant effect on the quality of life. Also, the role ambiguity had a significant effect on quality of life in business factors. In institutional factors, both schedule flexibility and discipline had a significant impact on quality of life. In addition, the quality of work life had a significant effect on the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of job environment on working life and quality of life on the basis of variables that take into consideration the special job environment of airline cabin crews. From a practical point of view, this study aims to improve the quality of life of employees who are internal customers in terms of personnel management in the aviation industry.
