출연(연) 연구인력의 직무전문성과 연구자율성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

초록

This study aims at explaining how the job expertise and research autonomy affect organizational citizenship behavior of researchers working in government-funded research institutes through empirical analysis. For this purpose, a multiple regression analysis was conducted based on the results of a survey of 407 full-time government-funded research institutes employees. The findings suggest that job expertise and research autonomy respectively have positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, this study suggests that job expertise and research autonomy are important factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior.
