프로젝트 파이낸싱 실패요인 분석을 통한 자금조달 평가항목에 대한 연구

초록

Currently, project financing is done in a format similar to mortgage lending. The assessment factors of project financing should be focused on potential profitability of real investment. This paper is to analyze impact factors of actual funding in development project failures. We derive qualitative factors that affect project success case by failures in project financing. Factors affecting project success are investigated of seeking ways to supplement.
