정부신뢰와 정책 선호 - 원자력발전소 해체관련 주민들의 커뮤니케이션 정책 선호를 중심으로 -

초록

This study analyzed the impact of government trust on communication policy preferences. A 1:1 face-to-face survey was conducted on the local residents of the nuclear power plant subject to dismantling to analyze the impact of government trust on the preference of nuclear dismantling communication policy. This study was conceived that in the approach methodology, the context of dismantling nuclear power plants can identify the true policy choices of residents with regard to nuclear power plants rather than in the construction of nuclear power plants. It also noted that, at the theoretical causality, government trust becomes a precursor to communication. As a result of the analysis, there were differences in preferred communication policies depending on the level of government confidence in the residents. Residents with high government confidence wanted economic information and preferred the government to be entrusted with information services and opinions. In addition, Old media was preferred as the medium for providing information. On the other hand, residents with low government confidence wanted to receive information on the health of residents and preferred independent agencies as informants and opinion-gathering organizations. In addition, New media was preferred as an information delivery medium. In addition, residents with low level of government trust preferred various experts to participate in closed-door information judgment compared to those with those with high level of government trust. And they preferred that the collection be implemented early, regularly and with more residents.
