서울시내 주요 대학 주변 토지이용 특성 연구

초록

This study identifies the characteristics of land uses around 21 universities in Seoul using location and specialization quotients, and correlation analysis. What to follow is the findings of this study. First, the characteristics of universities that affect the land uses of their surrounding are the numbers of students and gathering or not of universities. Second, land uses around universities are more influenced by specific zoning uses than by hierarchy on spatial structure of Seoul. Third, the number of users of the neighboring subway stations, the number of bus lines, and the average land prices affect land uses around the universities. Fourth, there are some trade-off relations between residential and commercial functions. Fifth, commercial facilities around the universities play the commercial functions peculiar to universities rather than neighborhood facilities serving residents residing in residential areas.
