디자인씽킹 기반 생성형 AI를 활용한 ESG 교육 수업모델의 이론적 설계 - 대학 교양교육에서 창의적 문제 해결 수업의 개념적 탐색 -

초록

This study aims to conceptualize and design atheoretical teaching-learning model that integratesdesign thinking-based generative AI into liberal artseducation for ESG (environmental, social, andgovernance) learning. The purpose of this researchis to explore its applicability within the context ofliberal arts curricula. The research questions focuson the necessity of an ESG-integrated instructionalmodel utilizing design thinking and generative AI,its theoretical foundations, the design of aweek-by-week learning process, and the educationalimplications. Methodologically, the study analyzesdomestic and international prior research to design acourse model that incorporates weekly learning flow,learner participation strategies, and AI-assistedapproaches. The validity of the model was furtherexamined through expert review. The analysisresults indicate that the proposed weekly designconsists of five stages: empathy, problem definition,ideation, prototype development, and reflection, withgenerative AI functioning as a supportive tool foridea exploration and visualization. This approachsuggests the potential to foste participation and creative thinking in ESG education;however, further studies are needed to verify itspractical learning effects and long-term feasibility.
