Derf-2 induced PLD activation was involved in BEAS-2B cells PKC-α played major role in Derf-2 induced PLD stimulation Derf-2-induced p38 activation regulates PLD in BEAS-2B cells The production and expression of IL-13 were increased by PLD1 overexpression in BEAS-2B cells ATF-2 phosphorylation has effect on Der f 2 induced production and expression of IL-13 in BEAS-2B cells Derf-2 might activate PLD through PKC-α activation and p38 activation which induced IL-13 expression and production in human bronchial epithelial cells
