e-러닝 학습 핵심역량 및 학습스타일이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to inquire into common e-Learning competencies of learners which influence academic achievements in an e-Learning environment, to discover core competencies of e-Learning through experimental studies, and to explore the effects of learners' learning style on core competencies and academic achievements of e-Learning. To this end, a survey of 918 learners, who are taking the e-Learning leadership lecture in H University, has been conducted. The survey results are as follows. (1) Communication competencies, understanding competencies of key informations and evaluating competencies of information value are core competencies of e-Learning to affect most academic achievements of e-Learning. (2) Learning styles, which affect academic achievements directly and indirectly, are open learning style(task approach), visual learning style(physical sense preference), comparative learning style(reality response) and intuitive learning style(possibility management). These results of the study provide basic information about improving educational effect of e-Learning, and about developing and operating more effective programs.
