Manager's conflict management style's impact on perceived insider status and deviance behavior during injury on cabin crew's duty

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how perceived perception (subjective relationship experience) and deviating behaviors of cabin crew members in the workplace are manifested according to managers's conflict management style in the absence their perception of inner feelings during injury. Also, this study examines the injuries experienced by the cabin crew during work, and shows how the perceived perception of the insiders express deviation at the workplace according to the manager's conflict management style. A structural equation modeling analysis was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. As a result, COP and AVO had significant positive effects on the subjective relationship experience, different from the COM which did not. The subjective relationship experience had a significant positive effect on the perceived insider status but not on organizational deviance behavior. Finally, the perceived insider status tough interpersonal deviance behavior had significant negative effects on organizational deviance behavior. Through this, this study contributes to improving the working environment of cabin crew.
