초록
Recently, most CFTs use each steel plate as a welded joint. However, the accuracy of welding is reduced due to temperature, humidity, etc., and the production cost and process period are increased. To solve these problems, we would like to develop saw-toothed assembly steel pipes that do not require welding. However, in the case of square steel pipes, when the three-axis stress is applied, there is a lot of binding stress on the edges without exerting the same binding stress on all sections. Accordingly, the resistance performance of the saw-toothed rib details is to be verified through finite element analysis for the binding stress on the edges.
